Build wallets, cards and payouts on your licence.
Your core stays as it is. TNKR runs the product layer beside it, on the rails you already clear on.
- Wallets
- Ledgers
- Payouts
- Onboarding & Verification
- Issuing
- Control
- Workflows
Ship products without a core project.
Wallets and ledgers run beside your core, not inside it. Every balance reconciles to InstaPay, PESONet and QR Ph in real time.
- Wallets · a balance per customer
- Ledgers · real-time reconciliation to the rails
- Payouts · InstaPay, PESONet and QR Ph
Onboard to your compliance policy.
You set the KYC and KYB policy. We run it, with the evidence trail your examiner expects.
- Onboarding & Verification · KYC and KYB
- Control · limits, blocks and review queues
- Evidence trail · exportable per account
Issue cards under your programme.
Issue virtual and physical Mastercard cards with spend controls and real-time authorisations, on the wallet’s ledger.
- Issuing · virtual and physical Mastercard
- Control · spend limits and card blocks
- Workflows · authorisations on your webhook

- Every movement is a ledger entry
- Double-entry, append-only, reconciled to InstaPay, PESONet and QR Ph in real time. Hand the trail to an auditor as it stands.
- Screening runs on our rails
- Fraud screening, velocity limits and transaction monitoring run on our rails, not in code your team maintains.
- Stored balances are e-money, not deposits
- Balances on TNKR rails are electronic money issued by PayMongo Payments, Inc., the licensed Electronic Money Issuer. They are not deposits and not PDIC-insured. Your deposits stay under your charter. Nothing here confers a licence on you.
- The licensed entity is named
- TNKR is a product of PayMongo. PayMongo is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas: PayMongo Philippines, Inc. as Operator of Payment System; PayMongo Payments, Inc. as Electronic Money Issuer. PCI DSS and SOC 2 Type 2 certified. The licensed entity behind each flow is confirmed in your due-diligence pack.
Bank & FI questions, answered.
What your risk team will ask, answered in writing.
Can a bank launch new products without replacing its core?
Yes. Wallets and ledgers run beside your core, not through it. No migration, no rip-and-replace.
Whose licence does this run under?
Yours. PayMongo is the technology and operations provider. It does not hold your customer relationship or move your deposits.
Do our deposits move to TNKR?
No. Deposits stay where your charter puts them. Balances on TNKR rails are electronic money, a different instrument. TNKR is not a bank.
Will this survive an exam?
It is built to be. Every movement is a ledger entry, screening runs on our rails, and your third-party-risk pack documents the rest.
Which certifications does TNKR hold?
PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type 2 and Data Privacy Act registration. The scope of each is in your due-diligence pack.
Are we locked in?
No. You hold the licence, settlement stays in your accounts, and the ledger exports at any time.
